Southern Michigan Bank & Trust Appoints Two New Branch Managers

 

 

Joshua Bohm Named Sturgis Branch Manager

Lori Neill, Vice President and Retail Branch Administrator at Southern Michigan Bank & Trust (SMBT), has announced the appointment of Joshua Bohm as Branch Manager of the Sturgis location. Bohm brings over a decade of experience in retail banking and lending, most recently serving as Loan Originator and Branch Manager at Sturgis Bank & Trust. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trine University and an associate degree from Glen Oaks Community College.

“We’re excited to welcome Josh as our new Sturgis Branch Manager,” said Neill. “His leadership in branch management and strong community involvement will be valuable assets to the continued success of the bank.”

Bohm lives in Centreville and actively serves in several local organizations, including the Three Rivers Chamber of Commerce, Centreville Lions Club, and the Covered Bridge Days Festival.

 

Andrew DeHaven Promoted to Jackson Downtown Branch Manager

Neill also announced the promotion of Andrew DeHaven to Branch Manager of SMBT’s Jackson Downtown Branch. DeHaven joined SMBT in 2023 as Teller Supervisor and quickly advanced to Assistant Branch Manager. He has over 15 years of experience in financial services and played a vital role in expanding SMBT’s presence in Jackson.

“Andrew has a true passion for helping both our customers and his fellow team members succeed,” said Neill. “Our continued growth in the Jackson market has created the need for a dedicated branch manager at each location, and Andrew has been instrumental in that success.”

DeHaven resides in Jackson with his wife and three children and volunteers with several local organizations, including Arbor North Living Center and AWARE Shelter.
