Julie Schaeffer Joins Southern Michigan Bank & Trust

 

 

Chad Perrine, Senior Vice President and Head of Wealth Management for Southern Michigan Bank & Trust, has announced the appointment of Julie Schaeffer as Wealth Management Officer for the Kalamazoo market.

Schaeffer brings more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, she served as a Financial Representative with Bankers Life Securities, Inc. Her previous experience includes roles as a Trust Administration Specialist with Farmers and Merchants Trust Company and Licensed Banker with JPMorgan Chase.

 She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from San Diego State University and maintains Series 6, Series 63, and Health and Life Insurance licenses. Schaeffer resides in Portage with her family. In her free time, she is actively involved in hiking, fishing, and exploring the outdoors with her four children.
