Laurel joined Southern in 2011 and quickly moved into the role of Electronic Services Specialist. She was promoted in early 2016 to Assistant Vice President/eServices Officer, and then to Business eServices Manager in 2017. Her passion is empowering individuals and businesses with technology that can simplify their banking experience.
