She was promoted in early 2016 to Assistant Vice President Business eServices Officer, and then to Vice President Business eServices Manager in 2019. Her passion is empowering individuals and businesses with technology that can simplify their banking experience. Laurel focuses on understanding her clients' banking needs so she can help them discover solutions which can save them time and money, while still delivering convenience and efficiency.

Deanna joined Southern in late 2017 as a Business eServices Advisor. Deanna earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science from Eastern Michigan University. She brings with her over 8 years' experience in the financial industry, with her most recent position prior to Southern as a Sales Trainer. Deanna takes pride in actively listening and enjoys learning about individual's and business customer's current banking processes. She is dedicated to recommending customized solutions to help safeguard customer's accounts, save them time and money, as well as to create efficiencies with cutting-edge banking technology.
